One of its attractions is the possibility of trying different labels by the glass, in addition to a selection that includes wines from small producers.

The menu is complemented by signature cocktails and dishes where smoked and grilled flavors play a central role. It offers a daily menu for 17,500 Chilean pesos (USD 19), while the à la carte options start from 7,900 Chilean pesos (USD 9).

The idea is to order different dishes to place at the center of the table, with grilled meats, vegetables, salads, and sides. At Casa Asa, there is no traditional division between starters and main courses, but rather a selection designed for tasting and sharing.

At midday, there are more agile options, while in the evening, sharing plates, cocktails, and wines are added. The lunch menu costs 10,000 Chilean pesos (USD 11) and includes a protein, two sides, and an iced infusion.

  • Reservations: website. It is recommended to book approximately one week in advance.
  • Location: El Jardín, 3rd floor.
