The Huáscar Monitor, located in the Port of Talcahuano, is Chile’s most important floating museum and the second-oldest floating battleship in the world. Also not to be missed is Hualpén, where the Biobío River flows into the sea and where you can visit the Pedro del Río Zañartu Park Museum. Additionally, visit Chile’s first peri-urban park, with three thousand hectares that protect the last remnant of deciduous forest and a wide variety of fauna.
