To visit the hot springs from abroad, you must land at El Tepual Airport in Puerto Montt (PMC). From there, after a short trip to Puerto Varas, you can drive along the scenic V-69 route. The road, fully paved, borders the Reloncaví Estuary, ensuring comfortable and safe access.
How to get there by land
Accessing Termas Cochamó (Km 41.2, Route V-69) is simple and scenic. From Puerto Varas, via Ensenada, you’ll arrive in 75 minutes on Route 225. You can also travel from Puerto Montt southward to Caleta La Arena, crossing the ferry, then drive 70 km north. Being paved, the access is ideal for any vehicle, without requiring 4×4.
