Ce temps pass\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger l\u2019a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir plus que jamais \u00e0 la cuisine chilienne, \u00e0 nos ingr\u00e9dients dignes de remporter n\u2019importe quel concours culinaire. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>-Quand vous pensez \u00e0 la gastronomie chilienne, qu\u2019est-ce qui vous vient \u00e0 l\u2019esprit&nbsp;?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Quand je pense \u00e0 la cuisine chilienne, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 laquelle je pense, c\u2019est le produit, plus qu\u2019\u00e0 des plats sp\u00e9cifiques. Cela me ram\u00e8ne \u00e0 mon enfance, quand en \u00e9t\u00e9 je devais attendre la   <\/span><b>basilic pour pouvoir manger des porotos granados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, avec ce choclo spectaculaire. Aussi, quand nous voyagions dans le sud du Chili et que nous go\u00fbtions \u00e0 cette magie de la partie sucr\u00e9e que nous avons. Je pense aussi aux produits de la mer, \u00e0 l\u2019agneau de Patagonie, aux desserts, \u00e0 la milhoja et \u00e0 l\u2019empanada. Mais si je pense \u00e0 un plat traditionnel chilien, ce serait rentrer de l\u2019\u00e9cole en hiver, sous la pluie et     <\/span><b>trouver un charquic\u00e1n avec un \u0153uf frit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>-Maintenant que vous n\u2019\u00eates plus au Chili et surtout \u00e0 l\u2019approche des F\u00eates nationales, quel est le plat qui ne peut pas manquer&nbsp;?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019empanada. Pour moi, c\u2019est un r\u00e9cipient avec un contenu magique&nbsp;: on le mange et il dispara\u00eet. Notre empanada est unique. Je pense que c\u2019est pour cela qu\u2019ils tombent amoureux de notre proposition&nbsp;: le sofrito chilien a beaucoup de puissance et de saveur, et cela pla\u00eet.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Une autre chose qui, je pense, plairait beaucoup ici si elle existait, serait notre boulangerie. La   <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/chile.travel\/blog\/chile-el-paraiso-del-sandwich-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hallulla, la marraqueta ou la dobladita<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> seraient un boom, un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s en Colombie&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 Carpentier, juste au moment o\u00f9 la marraqueta chilienne a particip\u00e9 avec d\u2019excellents r\u00e9sultats au Championnat du monde du petit-d\u00e9jeuner du youtubeur espagnol Ibai Llanos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>-Quelles sont les cinq saveurs que vous recommanderiez \u00e0 un voyageur qui arrive au Chili&nbsp;?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un incontournable, ce sont nos <\/span><b>produits de la mer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Arriver dans une crique \u00e0 Puerto Montt et go\u00fbter nos poissons, le picoroco, le piure, les hu\u00eetres du sud, le corvina, le m\u00e9rou ou le congre, est quelque chose \u00e0 ne pas manquer.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-Et du sud du Chili&nbsp;? C\u2019est une terre tr\u00e8s g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nous continuons vers le sud du Chili, il ne faut clairement pas manquer un agneau de Magellan et la centolla. Dans la zone centrale de notre pays, un bon g\u00e2teau de milhoja et la l\u00facuma, que nous appr\u00e9cions tant. Si nous consid\u00e9rons notre mixologie traditionnelle, la chicha en septembre ou le cola de mono \u00e0 No\u00ebl. Ce sont des incontournables.    <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le produit chilien est in\u00e9galable et plus il est d\u00e9gust\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat pur, plus il
