From La Junta you can access the famous <strong>natural water slides<\/strong>, one of southern Chile&#8217;s most iconic sights. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to get there?<\/h3>\n\n<p>To visit this valley, the nearest terminal is El Tepual Airport (PMC) in Puerto Montt. Among its extensive routes, the <strong>Cascadas Escondidas trail<\/strong> offers a <strong>short but demanding hike<\/strong>. The route provides access to <strong>three hidden waterfalls<\/strong>: the first is reached after a 25-minute climb, while the following ones are found after a flatter section, about 30 minutes away.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to get there?<\/h3>\n\n<p>For this route, the nearest terminal is El Tepual Airport (PMC) in Puerto Montt. You&#8217;ll venture into a temperate rainforest dominated by <strong>dense vegetation, ferns, and tep\u00faes<\/strong>. Located 165 kilometers from Coyhaique, the trail crosses a humid evergreen forest until reaching the <strong>Hanging Glacier viewpoint<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>From here, a unique natural spectacle unfolds: <strong>a glacier suspended between mountains<\/strong>, from which waterfalls descend toward a turquoise lagoon, creating an unforgettable scene.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to get there?<\/h2>\n\n<p>To reach this viewpoint, the nearest terminal is Balmaceda Aerodrome (BBA) in Coyhaique.
