The Universidad Glacier gives life to the Cachapoal and Tinguiririca rivers, which feed the Rapel River and irrigate the Cachapoal and Colchagua Valleys, where the best wines in the world are produced. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the region, with more than 100 kilometers of coastline, there are perfect waves for sports such as surfing, windsurfing or SUP. Beaches such as La Boca, Bucalemu, Puertecillo, Matanzas and Pichilemu stand out. You can observe birds and learn about the flora of the area. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Rapel Lake<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>This is a must-see in the O\u2019Higgins Region. It has panoramas for all ages and tastes: you can practice water sports such as fishing, SUP or flyboarding, also enjoy the typical cuisine with views of the lake, or simply contemplate a sunset in one of the viewpoints. There is a vineyard, Borde Lago, where you can take a wine route and taste the wines that are produced on the shores of the reservoir.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Surfing in Pichilemu <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Join their surf lessons. Coming to Pichilemu is to soak up the surf culture, which goes far beyond sliding on a wave. Surfing is about taking care of the environment and soaking up the cooperative spirit of the athletes. C\u00e1huil Salt Flats<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>If you want to learn about an ancient trade that has been passed down from generation to generation, visit C\u00e1huil. In the Salinas de Barrancas there are still salt workers, who carry out this work in an environment that flows into the Nilahue estuary. Here you can also go bird watching and other activities, such as kayaking or SUP.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Litueche<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>If you come from the Metropolitan Region to the coast of O\u2019Higgins, this is a mandatory stop. With picadas like \u201cDonde la T\u00eda\u201d. Here the gastronomy is closely linked to the products of the sea, delivering dishes with local identity that value the gastronomic heritage of the region.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Bucalemu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>This is a gastronomic destination par excellence, just 30 minutes from Pichilemu. You can enjoy a rich gastronomy with sea views. In addition, many of its maritime inputs are collected with sustainable fishing, without affecting the ecosystem and preventing the overexploitation of maritime products. From the sea to your plate.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Colchagua Valley<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Here they cook with wine. Each dish or pairing is designed with the wine that has just been uncorked. It is the perfect place for lunch or dinner, with a unique selection of award-winning wines from the valley. You can also enjoy a cooking class in English and\/or Spanish, with the freshest and most seasonal local products. Bucalemu Inclusive Beach<\/strong><br\/>The Municipality of Paredones enables inclusive accesses during the summer.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3.
