You must also <strong>follow both accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfEoiF3AExxJVqFAY9SbbxnFLq9dov58McaV1tDPwL7cmsPzA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Access here the entry form<\/strong><\/a> for the contest. The form will ask you for the following information:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Country of residence<\/li>\n<li>Screenshot of your posted Instagram story<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Once you submit your information, your name will be added to the drawing database<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The winner will be selected in a <strong>random draw held on the last day of Tourism Week<\/strong> and will be notified by email.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>The Prize<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The grand prize includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>One (1) round-trip airline ticket to Santiago, Chile<\/strong> from Tokyo or from the capital city of the winner\u2019s country of residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3)-night stay\u201d at a 4-star hotel in Santiago (double occupancy)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Airport transfers <\/strong>(in\/out)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Santiago city tour<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Full-day tour<\/strong> to <strong>Vi\u00f1a del Mar and Valpara\u00edso<\/strong>, including a <strong>winery visit<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The prize does not include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal expenses<\/li>\n<li>Meals<\/li>\n<li>Transfers to private tours, tickets, or park entrance fees not listed above<\/li>\n<li>Any other items not explicitly specified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The travel date will be arranged directly with the winner once the prize is awarded and <strong>must take place in May 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>General Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Trip arrangements will be coordinated between the winner and Chile Travel.<\/li>\n<li>Only natural persons over the age of 18 may participate.<\/li>\n<li>Each person may participate <strong>only once<\/strong> in the drawing.<\/li>\n<li>The contest will be open from <strong>June 19, 2025, to June 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Japan time).<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>By entering the contest, participants <strong>agree to allow Chile Travel to use their name and image<\/strong> for promotional purposes, without any right to compensation. This is a <strong>mandatory condition<\/strong> for receiving the prize.<\/li>\n<li>If the winner does not confirm or declines the prize within <strong>10 business days<\/strong>, a new winner will be drawn.<\/li>\n<li>Once the travel date is agreed upon, it <strong>cannot be changed<\/strong>, and any modifications will be at the winner\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Travel documentation<\/strong>: Winners are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including visas for any connecting flights or destinations. Chile Travel is not responsible for visa rejections, cancellations, or delays.<\/li>\n<li>The winner must arrange and bear the cost of <strong>international travel insurance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To process the prize, the winner must provide their full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a copy of their passport.<\/li>\n<li>The prize is <strong>non-transferable<\/strong>, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be assigned under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participation implies full acceptance<\/strong> of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Data Privacy Clause<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The personal data collected during the contest will be used <strong>exclusively for purposes related to the contest<\/strong>, including registration, prize coordination, and communication with the winner. All data will be treated confidentially and <strong>will not be shared with third parties<\/strong> outside the organizing entities. By participating, individuals <strong>expressly consent<\/strong> to the use of their data for these purposes. In the event of winning, additional information will be requested solely for the coordination of the prize and will be managed with strict data protection measures.<\/p>\n<h2>Annex 1 to the \u201c#DiscoverChile at Expo Osaka 2025\u201d Contest Rules<\/h2>\n<h3>Extension of Validity<\/h3>\n<p>Chile Travel informs participants of the \u201c#DiscoverChile at Expo Osaka 2025\u201d contest that the validity period for participating in the sweepstakes has been extended.<\/p>\n<h3>New validity period:<\/h3>\n<p>From June 19, 2025, to June 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Japan time, and from August 13, 2025, to September 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., Japan time.<\/p>\n<p>Please also note that the drawing will take place on September 27, 2025, and the winner will be notified by email.<\/p>\n<p>All other terms, conditions, and requirements established in the original contest rules remain valid and unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Participation during the new period implies acceptance of
