The Churches of Chilo\u00e9 constitute a unique architectural heritage in the world. This group of 16 temples, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, merges Jesuit evangelization with the craft of shipwrights, achieving monumental constructions entirely in native woods. <\/p>\n\n

The Achao Church stands out in the circuit for being the oldest, and the neo-Gothic magnitude of the temple in Castro.
